Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Items must be returned with original packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before sending any items back, please email us at lifesaverscrubcap@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Type of request (refund or exchange)

• A brief explanation for the return or exchange

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Life Saver Scrub Cap is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Final Sale Items

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items
