We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

- Type of return (exchange or refund)
- Brief explanation for the return
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Life Saver Scrub Cap is not responsible for shipping fees
2. Do I need to request satin lining for my scrub cap?
No.
All Life Saver Scrub Caps are automatically made with satin lining to help protect your hair. There is no need to request it—it’s already included.
3. Do you offer scrub caps without satin lining?
No.
Our mission is to protect healthcare workers’ hair, which is why every scrub cap we offer includes a satin lining for added protection and comfort.
4. How do I wash satin- ined scrub caps?
For best results, we recommend:
- Hand washing and air drying to extend the life of your scrub cap
If using a washing machine:
- Wash in cold water
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
5. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are shipped via USPS, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
